About WaterTankCheck

We're on a mission to revolutionize water tank inspections through innovative technology, making the process more efficient, accurate, and environmentally sustainable.

Our Story

WaterTankCheck was born from a simple observation: potable water storage and vessel inspections are heavily reliant on paper-based processes. This reliance often leads to report inefficiencies, errors, prolonged report closures, and wasted human capital. Founded in 2023, WaterTankCheck set out to create a paperless, online digital solution. We are transforming how contracts and inspection checklist reports are conducted, managed, and reported on.

How It Works (Step-by-Step Process)

At watertankcheck.com the entire process of initiating and completing a customer contract for a Potable Water Storage System Inspection Report is done entirely online, with no paper, streamlined and efficient.

Step 1 – Enter Contract Information

Admin enters contract information into our online management system (private and highly secured to your company).

Step 2 – Choose or Create Inspection Template

Admin can choose default Inspection Report Templates or edit existing template or create a new template using our easy template generator. We can also help you create these.

Step 3 – Assign Inspection to Inspector

After selecting the right inspection template to suit the contract, admin will assign the inspection to an inspector on staff.

Step 4 – Inspector Alerts

The assigned inspector is alerted through the watertankcheck.com system that an inspection is required.

Step 5 – Complete Inspection On-Site

Inspector can now open the inspection template and complete the inspection on site, entering all inspection items requested on the template. Text, pictures, check boxes and dimensions can all be input to the template.

Step 6 – Mark Inspection Complete

The inspector completes the inspection and marks it complete.

Step 7 – Review by Admin

Admin will now see and be alerted to the completed inspection and can review it, edit it or return it to the inspector for more information.

Step 8 – Format & Finalize Report

Once the inspection is completed to Admin and Inspector satisfaction, Admin can now format it to meet the customer’s requirements.

Step 9 – Create Customer Cover Page

Admin can create a customer cover page along with the inspection report and enter it into the customers file online.

Step 10 – Deliver Report to Customer

Admin can now alert the customer of the completed report online and the customer will be granted access to their newly complete inspection report. Customers will have access privileges to all their inspection reports as granted by admin.
